How do I temporarily block and unblock my payment card?

CARD BLOCK:

If you are sceptical about the security of payment card or stolen card information, please notify us immediately through 24/7 hotline +370 5 240 5555 or email to [email protected] to be promptly processed.

In the meantime, please also BLOCK YOUR CARD immediately following these instructions:

Step 1: Log in to the DNBCnet account https://secure.dnbcnet.com/login or sign in to your DNBCnet Mobile App.

Step 2: Choose the “Account/Card details” section, choose “Card list”, and the payment card that you want to block.

Step 3: Fill in the reason that you want to block your card. Click “Block” to continue. Then, your payment card status will change to Blocked.

CARD UNBLOCK:

Step 1: Log in to DNBCnet account https://secure.dnbcnet.com/login or sign in to your DNBCnet Mobile App.

Step 2: Choose “Account/Card details”, select “Card list”, and the payment card that you want to unblock. Click “Unblock card"

Step 3: Fill in the reason that you want to unblock, verify the “Captcha”. You are required to enter the OTP verification code sent to you via SMS. Then, your payment card status will change to Active.

*The process is applied for both Physical and Digital Cards.
