Why can I only change my transaction limit and personal information in payment platform?

For the safety of you and your funds, we need to have recorded documentation for each of these changes. This is to make sure it is really you ordering the change and to reduce the time it takes to make your change official.

We will soon implement digital signatures to the DNBCnet app and this will ensure you can make changes quickly on your phone but until then, please make sure to go to payment platform on desktop and submit all the necessary documents to make the change as quick as possible.
